Expiration and Activation

• Activation Period: The eSIM must be installed and activated within 30 days of purchase.
• Plan Validity: This eSIM plan cannot be topped up or extended. If you need more data or more days of use, please purchase a new eSIM plan. You will receive a new QR code immediately and can install it at any time.
• Regional Regulations: According to local regulations, users in Hong Kong or Taiwan are required to undergo KYC (Knowledge, Compatibility, and Verification). Please check your phone for SMS messages after installation and follow the instructions to complete the authentication process.
