Expiration and Activation

• Activation Period: The eSIM must be installed and activated within 30 days of purchase.
• Plan Validity: This eSIM plan cannot be topped up or extended. If you need more data or more days, please purchase a new eSIM plan. You will receive a new QR code immediately and can install it at any time.
• Regional Regulations: According to local regulations, users in Hong Kong or Taiwan are required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Please check your SMS messages after installation and follow the instructions to complete the verification process.

Installation and Setup Guide

• Android System: Go to "Settings" > "Network & Internet" > "SIM Card" > "Add eSIM," then scan the QR code.

Important Reminder

• Installation Timing: The QR code will be sent to your email after purchase. Please install the eSIM only when you are ready to start using it, as the plan will automatically activate and begin counting days once the eSIM connects to a supported telecom network.
• Premature Activation Risk: If you are currently within the eSIM's coverage area, it may activate immediately after installation, even if you have not yet reached your main destination.
• Data Roaming: Please ensure that "Data Roaming" is enabled in your phone's settings for successful internet connectivity.
• Network Speed: 5G service availability depends on network coverage in your area and your device specifications. If there is no 5G signal, your device will automatically connect to a 4G or LTE network.
