• Network Connection: Automatically connects to available local telecommunications networks.
• Data Usage: After high-speed data is used up, the network speed will drop to 128kbps until the expiration date. Internet access can continue during this period.

Expiration and Activation

• Activation Period: The eSIM must be installed and activated within 30 days of purchase.
• Plan Validity: This eSIM plan cannot be topped up or extended. If you need more data or more days, please purchase a new eSIM plan. You will receive a new QR code immediately and can install it at any time.

• Device Compatibility: Before purchasing, please ensure your mobile device supports eSIM functionality and is an unlocked version.
• Refund and Cancellation Policy: This product is a virtual product. Once sold, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not accepted for any reason.
• Data Usage Management: To avoid rapid data consumption at high speeds, it is recommended that you disable automatic updates for mobile applications and cloud backups.

Installation and Setup Guide

• iOS System: Go to "Settings" > "Mobile Services" > "Add eSIM," then scan the QR code. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
• Android System: Go to "Settings" > "Network & Internet" > "SIM Card" > "Add eSIM," then scan the QR code.
• Note: The setup path may vary slightly depending on the phone brand. Please refer to your phone's user manual if you have any questions.

Important Reminder

• Installation Timing: The QR code will be sent to your email address after purchase. Please install the eSIM only when you are ready to start using it, as the plan will automatically activate and begin counting days once the eSIM is connected to a supported carrier network.
• Premature Activation Risk: If your current location is within the eSIM's coverage area, it may activate immediately after installation, even if you have not yet reached your main destination.
• Data Roaming: Please ensure that "Data Roaming" is enabled in your phone's settings to connect to the internet smoothly.
• Network Speed: 5G service availability depends on network coverage in your area and your device specifications. If there is no 5G signal, your device will automatically connect to a 4G or LTE network.
