Validity and Activation

Installation and Setup Guide

• iOS System: Go to "Settings" > "Mobile Services" > "Add eSIM," and then scan the QR code. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
• Android System: Go to "Settings" > "Network & Internet" > "SIM Card" > "Add eSIM," and then scan the QR code. Note: The setup path may vary slightly depending on the phone brand. Please refer to your phone's user manual if you have any questions.

Important Reminder

• Installation Timing: The QR code will be sent to your email after purchase. Please install the eSIM only when you are ready to start using it, as the plan will automatically activate and begin counting days once the eSIM connects to a supported telecom network.
• Premature Activation Risk: If you are currently within the eSIM's coverage area, it may activate immediately after installation, even if you have not yet reached your main destination.

• Network Speed: 5G service availability depends on network coverage in your area and your device specifications. If there is no 5G signal, your device will automatically connect to a 4G or LTE network.
