Validity

• Install and activate the eSIM within 30 days of purchase.
• Your plan starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network.
• This plan cannot be extended or recharged. Purchase a new eSIM if you need additional data or validity.

Before You Buy

• Ensure your device supports eSIM and is carrier unlocked.
• This is a digital product. Once purchased, it cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged.
• To reduce data usage, consider disabling automatic app updates and cloud backups.

Installation

1. Scan the QR code sent to your email to install the eSIM.
2. When you arrive at your destination:
   • Turn on the eSIM.
   • Enable Mobile Data and Data Roaming.
   • Wait about 2 minutes for the eSIM to connect automatically.

Settings may vary slightly depending on your device.

Important

• Install the eSIM only when you're ready to use it. If you're already in South Korea, installation may activate the plan immediately.
• If 5G is unavailable, your device will automatically connect to a 4G/LTE network.
